Bio
I was born in Portland OR in 1983. I grew up exploring my parent’s backyard with my twin brother, Gavin. Surrounded by plants and animals I developed a great love of the natural world. While I attended high school I volunteered at the local zoo. I had an amazing opportunity to learn about animals from all over the planet and saw how our culture reacts to these exotic creatures.

When I finished high school, I pursued my interest in art at the College of Arts and Craft in Berkeley, CA; Pacific Northwest College of Art (PNCA) in Portland, Ore, and finished my degree at Portland State University where I also studied some of my other interests like science and design.

My freelance work has ranged from photo styling, widow displays, costumes, flora and garden design. I live in Portland Oregon with a gecko and birds.
